Vacancy Number: 11/2025: Manager – Business Relationship & Innovation (BRIM)

Location: AMA Head Office, Nausori

About the Role:
Lead AMA’s efforts to build strong relationships, explore new business opportunities, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will propose fresh ideas, influence business growth, and enhance AMA’s presence locally and regionally. Experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer products is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead the Innovation Plan: design, implement, and track initiatives that improve efficiency and create new business opportunities.
• Organise and support trade shows, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Advise Management on market trends, new business opportunities, and innovative approaches.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies while mitigating risks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or Financial Management; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, business relationship management, or innovation.
• FMCG or fast-moving consumer product experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and implement them effectively.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Independent, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Additional Requirement:
Applicants must submit a one-page concept note or business plan on an innovative idea or strategy that could enhance AMA’s business or customer relationships. This helps AMA assess your strategic thinking, creativity, and practical approach.

Vacancy Number: 12/2025: Sales & Administration Officer

Location: AMA Head Office, Nausori

About the Role:
Support the sales team while contributing innovative ideas to grow AMA’s business. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, digitally savvy, capable of thinking creatively, and has experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate local and export sales orders accurately and maintain the sales database.
• Prepare sales performance reports and customer analytics for informed decision-making.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Track inventory, follow up on payments, and support cost-effective logistics.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in export/field sales, preferably in FMCG, Agro, or aqua produce.
• Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid full driving licence (automatic and manual).
